House going on the market? Then you need me!
This package is for guidance in preparing your property to look it’s absolute best pre-sale, with suggestions to create welcoming and appealing spaces with flair.
Advice on how to make your home camera-ready to maximise the potential sale.

Looking through a buyer’s eyes, I can suggest changes for you to implement.
Advice on small improvements, de-cluttering, storage of excess items, space making and best layout.

A one off cost of $150 + GST (approx 2 hours)
Additional hours @ $70 per hour and travel cost if not within 35 kms of East Auckland.

SECONDARY PACKAGE – IMPLEMENT PRE SALE

Let Style + Soul add finishing touches, working with your current furniture.

We will enhance what you already have, add a few accents to create the ‘wow’ factor and bring about cost effective style, pre-sale.

It’s the perfect solution if you’re living in your home while it is on the market and full staging is not required.
We will walk through each room with you, making suggestions of improvements and taking notes. Each suggestion will be talked over and implemented once discussed and agreed.

Improvements can include removing items, or re-purposing what you have. We will work with you to put together a shopping list for new items if necessary and help in sourcing these. (Shopping would be at an additional hourly rate).
Once purchased, we will assist you in styling these items.

Help with de-cluttering, storage of excess items, space making and best layout.

We will work within your budget.

All for just $600 + GST (approx 6-7 hours) – Maximum 6 Rooms
